How it runs
- 1.Scoping workshop (1 to 2 weeks)User flows, architecture outline, risks and a written scope with acceptance criteria.
- 2.Fixed quoteMilestones, dates and a price per milestone. The workshop fee is credited to the project.
- 3.Build in sprintsDemo every Friday so there are no surprises at the end.
- 4.Acceptance per milestoneYou test against the criteria we wrote together, then pay for that milestone.
- 5.Launch and bug-fix period30 days of bug fixes after launch, then an optional support retainer.

Questions about Fixed-Scope Project
How do you price?
Team Extension is billed monthly per engineer, based on seniority and stack. Delivery Pods are billed monthly per team. Fixed-scope projects are quoted after a scoping workshop and billed per milestone.
Are there recruiting or setup fees?
No. Recruiting, equipment and HR are part of the monthly rate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
3 months for Team Extension. Delivery Pods start with a 2-week trial sprint.
Who is our contract with?
Manpower Abroad SRL, trading as Aegis Edge, registered in Bucharest, Romania. The contract is under EU law and invoiced in EUR.
What if someone is not a good fit?
We replace them at no cost, usually within 2 weeks.
