Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company
  • Your country
  • What you need, team size and your message

Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
  • To follow up on a business conversation and keep a record of it: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in business development with companies that contacted us).
  • To run and secure the website: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel Inc., website hosting. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Our customer relationship management system, self-hosted on servers we control.
  • Our email provider, to send and receive email with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case contract retention rules apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have it corrected or deleted
  • Restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Complaints

You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
